Exchange and Return Policy

All other goods can be exchanged within a period not exceeding three days from the date of shipment arrival, provided that they are in the original product condition.

• The product can be returned within 24 hours of its arrival in Riyadh.
• There are no returns on items purchased through the online store.
• The amount will be refunded according to the payment method made at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash, if any. If it was made through cards (Mada - Visa - MasterCard), the amount taken will be deducted from the bank transaction fees, and the amount will be refunded within three to 14 working days.
• The item cannot be replaced or returned if it has been reduced, enlarged or its color changed.
• Products purchased through the installment system (Tabby, Tamara) cannot be returned. The exchange will be for the same amount or more, with the difference.
• For health reasons, parts that affect public health (rings - reins) cannot be replaced or returned.
• Upon arrival of the shipment at the company's headquarters, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Gold Loyalty Contract has the right to cancel the order without prior notice in the following cases:

( The order is not available, there is an error in the pricing, and the required size is not available ) with a full refund to the customer.

• When requesting a return of the product, 50 riyals will be deducted as a delivery fee to the customer and 50 riyals as a delivery fee from the customer to the store.
